How long does the entire recruitment process take?

It varies by country. Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) typically take 2–3 months. Malaysia takes 2–3 months. Japan takes 4–6 months due to language preparation and additional documentation. South Korea (EPS) can take 6–12 months as it requires passing the Korean language exam (EPS-TOPIK).
